Meet your educational travel team

Ready to get your tour off the ground?

Excellent! It’s no easy task, but that goes for anything worthwhile, doesn’t it? Lucky for you, you’re not alone in making it happen—our team of travel experience specialists have your back.

Let’s meet some members from the EF Educational Tours team you may be working with along the way:

Pre tour

Alison Arsenault

Tour Consultant (Vancouver Office)

Meet Alison. From the get-go, she’ll be your copilot. As a Tour Consultant, she helps you with tour planning, supporting your search for the perfect destination based on what you’re looking for, then, she helps you plan and promote it.

Harry Gardener

Customer Experience Specialist (Toronto Office)

6 months before you depart, Harry joins your team. He’ll be on top of any special requests or accommodations your group will need, like dietary restrictions or special rooming setups.

Vivien Schwartz

Operations Specialist (Zurich Office)

Behind the scenes, Vivien and the Ops team will book all your flights, hotels, restaurants, and activities, after vetting them according to our safety and quality standards.

Mousli Mbacke

Traveller Support Specialist (Toronto Office)

Throughout the process, Mousli will be the parents’ main point-of-contact—answering their ‘What Ifs’ and providing the ‘How Tos’—from questions about the tour, details about payment options, or anything else tour/account-related.

“The teacher training tour is absolutely fabulous because it allows us to meet and share experiences with around 40 teachers from across the country.

It gives us new ideas and ambition to do and seek for more with our students.

Thanks EF for showing us the way and for making this amazing 3-day trip possible and memorable.”

− Mikaella P.

On tour

Dave Poulin

Tour Director

From the moment you step off the plane, Dave will be your wingman. Tour Directors support you in just about every capacity—they know the lay of the land, they speak the local language, and they’ll deal with bus transportation, hotels, meals, as well as any activities—he’ll have them run smoothly so that you can have fun!

Safety & Emergency Response Team

(Panama, Boston, Zurich, and Japan Offices)

No matter the time zone, there’s a well-rested, caffeinated EF team member next to a dedicated emergency line, ready to assist if anything goes awry.

Post tour

After the tour, you’ll check back in with Alison to talk about your experience, what you learned, and of course, where you’re eager to go next.
